November 09 Message from Chris
Dear Soul Friends,

The Divine Source is pure light, infinite consciousness and the ever evolving, yet constant of all manifest and unmanifest dimensions.

Our reality is third dimensional flesh and blood, and therefore it is understandable we would want and perceive a god that comes to our world in the way that we exist. But it is not to be. We have envisioned a “he” god with all of our own projections of fearful imagination, and thus we have bound ourselves to a vicious cycle of prophecy and prediction in which we see our doom as the abyss between ourselves and the comforting heaven we seek. The future holds incomprehensible realities for us and it behooves us to stretch out to meet it, rather than refuse to imagine the “evolution of God."  Beyond time and the laws of life we comprehend, there exists a creative flow that is expressed in incalculable forms, sculpted by a multi-faceted, conscious energy. We have seen barely one facet of its formless form. We belong to this Divine Source; and all that is—we belong to, as well.

God is the ultimate template, not just for how to be good human beings, but how to be the essence of all beings. We could not live without some model of inspiration, some place to reach, some ideal to embrace; it is a human characteristic to seek, to wish to become what we see around us—in the same way that the child wishes to become as powerful, as loving, as knowing as its teacher or parent.

What if it were that when we prayed, we were indeed praying to the God within us, to the godly essence of which we are a part, so that we magnified and caused that for which we prayed—rather than an outside, unconnected power answering our prayers? We cannot seem to stretch our consciousness or expand it to include this holographic truth that all creation carries the energies of its creator, i.e., we pray to a God that is inextricably within us. This is why, since the beginning of existence, we have seen duality, manifested polarity, and lived in a world where we conclude that truth is either this or that, but cannot seem to be both.

Ancient Chinese philosophy teaches that “everything is connected to everything.” Whatever we perceive as God, at some point at its farthest distance from us is simultaneously, intimately connected to our deepest, deepest essence. If we explore that, we will find God is indeed inside us; the Divine essence holds its power and its truth from within us.

Great love,
Chris Griscom

We must learn to recognize the essence energies that make up the points of reference to the whole, within the context of universal creation.
